Here is my first boat house available for downloading. Sorry it's not the best but my children were acting up and I had a headache. It's 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. I didn't add curtains and I think I forgot to pain the half bathroom. So yeah. It's in sims3pack of course.
